Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Blessed Fathers. We take great pride in the quality of our products, including our custom apparel and signature glassware. Please read our policy below carefully to understand our parameters for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have exactly 30 days from the date your tracking link marks the package as delivered to request an official return. Requests made after this 30-day window will automatically expire and cannot be accepted.

2. Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a return and full refund, your item must meet the following strict criteria:

• The item must be in the exact same condition that you received it.

• It must be entirely unworn, unused, unwashed, and free of any odors or pet hair.

• It must still have all original tags attached (if applicable) and be returned inside its original product packaging.

• You must provide the original receipt, order number, or digital proof of purchase.

3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, you must first contact our support team at dadsareblessed@gmail.com.

• Authorized Returns Only: Items sent back to us without first submitting an email request and receiving formal approval will be rejected and will not be refunded.

• Return Address: Once approved, our team will provide you with the correct secure return mailing address located in Sanford, North Carolina, 27330. (Do not mail packages to any address found on your original shipping box until instructed).

• Return Shipping Costs: Unless the return is due to a structural defect or our fulfillment error, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

4. Damages, Defective Items, and Glassware Breakage

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If an item is defective, structurally damaged, or if you received the incorrect item, notify us at dadsareblessed@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

• Glassware Policy: For cracked or broken glassware, you must include your order number along with clear photos of the damaged glass and the exterior packaging. Once verified, we will issue a replacement or store credit at no additional cost to you.

5. Non-Returnable Items & Final Sales

To protect our inventory ecosystem, certain items are strictly exempt from being returned, exchanged, or refunded:

• Personalized/Custom Goods: Any custom-printed apparel, special orders, or items featuring personalized text.

• Sale Items: Items explicitly purchased from a promotional clearance sale or marked as "Final Sale."

• Digital Goods: Gift cards.

• Hazardous Materials: Flammable liquids, pressurized gases, or hazardous cleaning materials.

6. Exchanges

The fastest and most efficient way to process an exchange is to return the eligible item you currently have. Once your return is accepted and processed by our team, you can make a completely separate purchase for the new size or style on our storefront.

7. European Union Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

Notwithstanding the terms above, if your merchandise is being shipped directly into the European Union, you possess the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must still comply with our standard condition parameters (unworn, unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase).

8. Refund Processing Timeline

We will notify you via email immediately upon receiving, unboxing, and inspecting your returned package. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the item does not pass our quality assessment check.

• If your return is approved, your refund will be processed automatically back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

• Please note: Financial institutions and credit card companies may require additional bank transit days to post the balance back into your account.

• If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was formally approved and you still have not received the funds, please contact us immediately at dadsareblessed@gmail.com.
